  • Confirm your system date & time are correct
  • Run the app with administrator privileges
  • Ensure your firewall isn’t blocking the app

Payment not showing in my account?

Crypto transactions can take 10–30 minutes. Try these steps:

  • Check your transaction on a blockchain explorer
  • Confirm you sent the exact amount required
  • Review your dashboard transaction history
  • Wait at least 1 hour for confirmations

After 2 hours contact support with your transaction ID.

Having trouble downloading?

  • Temporarily disable antivirus / firewall
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Ensure at least 500 MB free disk space

How do I add funds to my balance?

  3. Select the amount and cryptocurrency
  4. Send payment to the provided address
  5. Funds appear after 1–3 confirmations
